Main Requirements

Create high-quality design deliverables including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with project requirements and design guidelines;
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback to iteratively improve product designs. Advocate for user needs and preferences throughout the design process;
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design concepts and technical feasibility. Collaborate on ideas, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly;
Apply design principles and best practices to develop visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. Maintain consistency in design elements across different platforms and products;
Document design decisions, rationale, and iterations. Effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to diverse audiences, including presentations and design reviews;
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to design. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance design skills and contribute innovative ideas to projects;
Language: Portuguese + English.
