👍 Scope of the job

• Design wireframes, screens and prototypes using Figma and FigJam

• Understand product specifications and user psychology

• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback

• Apply our brand’s design system & recommend/enhance new components

• Analyze & apply feedback from Product management team (which includes user feedback)

• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)

• Consult with our team to understand goals

• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers & product leaders

• Manage & prioritize a queue of work projects

🔭 Experience

• 3+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer

• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam and other relevant tools.

• Strong understanding and ability to incorporate analytics design principles and standard processes.

• Previous experience in a senior role within a design team, demonstrating the ability to mentor designers, lead design projects, and collaborate across departments.

• Proven track record of successfully leading design projects from concept to completion, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
