The Constellation Technology Team provides a group-wide set of Technology Products and Services across the Constellation Automotive Group. We are a central function working across the following domains: Technology Operations, Cyber Security, Product, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Logistics, Architecture and Portfolio; across the UK and Europe.

Our roles support both a cross section of divisions or could be dedicated to a single division. This provides a unique opportunity to experience a diversity of teams, technology, and businesses across C2B, B2B and B2C. This also provides the possibility to change roles within the Group, and experience new challenges and opportunities. This role is working within our brand-new Coimbra Portugal Tech Hub.

  • Develop strong relationships with UX and UI Designers, Product Managers and key stakeholders

  • Produce high fidelity visual designs for development of digital products

  • Plan an appropriate approach to each product and champion best practice

  • Carry out quantitative and qualitative research

  • Digital eCommerce Experience, preferably with a portion of that in-house

  • Ideally 5 or more years of UX/UI design experience

  • BA or BS in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • An excellent portfolio of solutions across the spectrum of design, covering different platforms and services. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions

  • Experience working alongside developers, product managers and other designers as part of an agile, collaborative product development process

  • Proven ability to lead workshops and kick off sessions

  • Highly creative with ability to think outside the box

  • Diplomatic and collaborative with a calm temperament, able to work within cross disciplinary teams

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational

  • High level of competency with relevant UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Invision, Adobe CS

  • Experience in designing for multiple platforms (Desktop, Mobile & Tablet Web / Apps)
