What You’ll Be Doing
Working across UKI and International multi-disciplinary teams. You'll partner closely with your fellow Designers, Product and Commercial to find engaging practical solutions to design challenges
You’ll deeply understand the customers you’re designing for. Whether it’s joining International user research sessions, gathering insights from previous studies or running your own research, you’ll strive to understand the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of the problem you are solving ensuring we are not just doing the ‘right thing’ but doing the ‘thing right’
You’ll help raise the bar of design. We're a small team that has historically relied on the UKI. You have a crucial role to play in advocating for user-centered design and continuously improving our community of practice – we want to give International customers a voice at the table to localize their experience
You’ll use your facilitation know-how to run engaging ideation sessions and other design workshops to help explore, develop and prioritize potential product ideas.
You're passionate about your own and others' development, you'll proactively seek out and provide feedback from other Flutter designers to continually raise our bar for quality.
To Become One Of Us You Should Have
You will have a working knowledge of industry-standard Digital Design software including Figma
Knowledge of working with component libraries and Design systems preferred
or experience within the Sports / Gaming industry and looking for a change
