We're looking for a highly collaborative Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive the improvement of our customer acquisition strategies. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong visual design background. You will be responsible for enhancing our marketing website and uncovering new opportunities to boost conversions.
What you'll be doing
Lead design initiatives to optimize the marketing website for improved customer acquisition and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with Growth marketing, Engineering, and Product to align design strategies with business goals.
Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure design solutions meet both customer needs and business objectives.
Use data-driven insights to identify and explore new acquisition opportunities.
Create visually compelling and customer-friendly designs that resonate with our target audience.
Continuously iterate on design based on feedback and performance metrics.
Your profile
You balance speed of iteration with execution quality. You’re able to make smart trade-offs with your team to launch and learn, fast.
Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
Experience with data-driven design and a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization.
A passion for creating innovative solutions and results-driven mindset.
