Your main responsibilities will include:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute UX research and strategy dynamics;

• Create visual concepts, interface design, presentation, and their defense;

• Develop wireframes, sitemaps, and user flows to articulate solutions;

• Budgeting for product designs with our Product Managers;

• Work closely with a product manager and engineering lead;

• Efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks, demonstrating strong time management skills;

Requirements

Who you are:

• Proven professional experience of 5+ years in UX/UI and Product Design;

• Able to work autonomously, taking responsibility and ensuring effective delivery;

• Advanced knowledge of tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma, demonstrating advanced skills in creating and manipulating designs;

• Exceptional collaboration skills to lead and guide junior teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment;

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them at all stages of the design process;

• Experience in creating digital experiences for various devices and platforms;

• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (B2/C1);

Nice to have:

• Additional certifications or courses in UX/UI will be considered an advantage.

• Passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and their potential impact on design trends and user experiences;
