The Associate Product Designer is a creative professional that works on designing and developing new products or improving existing ones. Research user needs, generating ideas, creating sketches, prototypes, and mockups, testing, and evaluating designs, and collaborating with other designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes for small-scale design projects.
Participate in design critiques and meetings to provide feedback and receive guidance.
Collaborate with other teams, (e.g., product managers, engineers, etc.) to ensure that the designs align with the product as whole.
Assist with user testing and usability studies to gather feedback on design concepts.
Create presentations and demos to showcase the designs created to members of the design team and other teams in the company.
Learn about the latest design tools and techniques and stay up to date with the industry's best practices.
Participate in professional development opportunities, such as workshops and conferences, to continue learning and growing as a designer.
Other duties as assigned.
Do you have what we are looking for?
Bachelor's degree in product design, industrial design, or a related field required.
Product design or user experience research experience preferred.
Ability to read, write and speak English in a professional manner. CEFR English level B1 or greater required.
Knowledge of design methodologies such as design thinking, agile, or lean
Basic knowledge of product development life cycle.
Intermediate knowledge in design software, such as Sketch or Figma
