Erakulis is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our digital platforms. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement engaging user experiences. Responsibilities
Create intuitive and visually striking user interfaces for our web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and incorporate findings into design improvements
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design concepts
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback
Ensure consistent visual branding and adherence to design guidelines across all digital platforms
Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and inform iterative improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our design processes
Requirements
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
Strong knowledge of user interface design patterns and components
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design software
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with front-end development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to non-designers
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus
