Lead cross-functional, collaborative design thinking workshops aimed at human-centered creative problem-solving
Develop research proposals and conduct in-person and remote qualitative and quantitative research studies, including contextual inquiries, concept reviews, and usability testing.
Lead the implementation of DesignOps processes to uphold high standards, efficiency, and consistency within the design team's workflow
Contribute to the evolution and proliferation of the Design system, ensuring its adoption across the product portfolio.
Maintain a user-centric focus, guiding teams to consider the needs and goals of our users throughout the design, development, and delivery phases.
Produce visual assets that facilitate discussions and insights from subject matter experts, simplifying complex processes across various market verticals.
Drive proposed solutions from inception through to delivery ensuring that the vision becomes a reality.
Contribute to the overall Product UX strategic vision, including supporting the planning execution in the team roadmap.
Mentor, coach and inspire other members of the design team, helping to lead the product design discipline.
Understand and analyze product usage data to measure the success of product features and identify opportunities for improvement.
7+ years of extensive product design experience working as an end-to-end user experience/product design professional
Demonstrated experience designing solutions within complex business domains similar to financial services
Strong ability to articulate a compelling product design vision and influence stakeholders and the product team on a daily basis.
Excellent grasp of standards and best practices in designing for complex, data-rich, enterprise applications.
High proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
Strong English language and communication skills.
Experience working with Design Systems and contributing to their development is essential.
