Qualifications

Skills in Design Thinking and User Research
Minimum of 2 years experience in Visual Design and User Experience (UX)
Proficiency in Figma and Prototyping is required.
Experience with illustration is a bonus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with technologies such as Wordpress, Prestashop or Mobile Applications is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
Knowledge of German is a plus.
