About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire user journey of our digital products, from websites and mobile apps to software interfaces. You will wear two hats – that of a UI designer and a UX designer – to ensure both the usability and aesthetics of our products are top-notch.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
Design user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring design ideas to life.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Stay up to date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer (or similar role).
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
Excellent skills in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design using industry-standard software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
Bonus points for:
Experience with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
