👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a UX Researcher, you will be in charge of :

Conduct research to understand citizens' interactions with digital public services.
Collaborate with UX designers, service designers, product managers, and stakeholders to align user needs with strategic objectives.
Lead all stages of research, from problem identification to analysis and reporting.
Diagnose issues with digital public products/services to improve citizen experience.
Perform usability tests, surveys, interviews, and other research methods.
Develop research plans with defined objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
Create research timelines considering stakeholders' knowledge gaps.
Support secondary research on target services for redesign.
Process, systematize, and analyze data from research tools and instruments.
Document findings and insights in communicable reports for issue identification.

🏅 Profile:

Have a bachelor's degree.
Fluency in Portuguese.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX Researcher.
Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing research projects using quantitative and qualitative methods and tools, as well as data analysis.
