We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our fantastic team here at Kin. You will have a significant influence on how Kin expresses itself and impacts its users, and you will be involved in shaping all the interfaces between the user and Kin, as well as defining Kin's personality, behavior, and the capabilities Kin should have.
You will be working closely with the product teams, consisting of researchers, engineers, and product leaders, to turn insights and data into well-designed features that create value for our users while being aligned with the overall strategy.
Requirements
You share our values and vision for the future.
You have 3 or more years of UX/UI product design experience.
You can translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
You are excited about the future of human-computer interaction and already have ideas for potential concepts in this matter.
You have expertise in Figma, including design systems, responsive layouts, interactive prototypes, Figjam research & concept work.
You communicate extremely well in English and are great at conveying the rationale behind your decisions.
You have a genuine enthusiasm for startups and a commitment to ensuring growth alongside your team.
You are open-minded and a great listener.
You love working in teams but can work independently as well.
You may be familiar with prompt engineering, machine learning or basic frontend engineering skills (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript).
