Responsibilities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, technical engineers, and project managers, under the guidance of the UX/UI Lead, you will be designing user-centric solutions (web and mobile) that align with both business objectives and technical requirements.
Contributing to multiple projects simultaneously, with the flexibility to be allocated to a single project or engage in various projects as needed.
Conducting design reviews and ensuring alignment with the best practices in design, usability, and the Luz Saúde design system.
Maintaining effective communication across teams to ensure cohesive and consistent UX/UI design across different projects.
Assisting in defining the UX/UI aspects of project scopes and objectives, under the mentorship of the UX/UI Lead.
Supporting the creation and maintenance of project plans with a focus on design deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the UX/UI design process within the team.
Participating in the development and refinement of the Luz Saúde design system, ensuring consistent application across projects.
Profile
Demonstrated interest or experience in a junior UX/UI design role.
Ability to work under the mentorship of a UX/UI Lead and contribute effectively across multiple projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and the ability to adapt to different project workflows.
Understanding of the Healthcare sector (preferred) and ability to apply UX/UI design principles effectively in this context.
Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in conveying design concepts and reviews.
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality user-centered design solutions.
Proactive in learning, adopting best practices, and contributing to design discussions and decisions.
Ability to work well under pressure, with creativity and problem-solving skills in design contexts.
High motivation level and eagerness to grow within the UX/UI design field.
Willingness to engage in travel for collaborative work or user research, as needed.
Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Academic Background
BS degree in Design, HCI or equivalent practical experience
Experience
Minimum experience of one year.
