Malwarebytes is looking for...

A dynamic Product Designer who brings a forward-thinking approach driven by keen instincts and a good understanding of design principles, user needs, and data insights. For this position, you must show skills as a systems thinker who can contextualize problems within a larger ecosystem and deliver a focused impact while keeping track of the entire experience. Reporting directly to the Product Design Director, you will support end-to-end UX Design initiatives for our corporate products – from concept to implementation and measurement – collaborating with UX Research, Product, Engineering, and Design Systems teams to ensure that your creations leverage user insights, meet business goals, are technically feasible and delivered on time, improving the lives of real people and driving ThreatDown to success.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

  • Know how to connect the dots between quantitative and qualitative data to inform your designs.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and business goals.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the implementation phase.

  • Maintain design consistency and standards across products and platforms.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

Skills You’ll Need To Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX Design, working as a Product Designer, and a portfolio that showcases your design breadth.

  • You believe that form follows function, and you have good UI skills.

  • Proficiency in Figma and in how to leverage its latest capabilities, such as variables, design tokens, and dynamic prototyping, in your daily work.

  • Knowledge of how to use other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and collaboration tools like LucidSpark.

  • You are familiar with UX Research activities and are adept at incorporating user feedback into your designs.

  • You seek to establish a design POV in your work (regardless of its scale), explore ways of winning over the audience, and articulate design decisions to your team and the leadership.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Have Skills

  • You have experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Pendo, or similar.

  • You have experience creating complex B2B SaaS solutions.

  • You have cybersecurity domain knowledge.
