A dynamic UX Writer who brings creativity and an in-depth understanding of content strategy to our UX Design team. Your role will involve transforming cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly experiences that guide and educate our users throughout their journeys in our products.

Reporting directly to the Product Design Director, you will be responsible for initiatives across our corporate products – from conceptualizing content strategy to implementing and refining UI content based on user feedback and data insights that improve the lives of real people and drive Threatdown success.

What You'll Do

  • Write and edit user interface text, microcopy, and other content elements to provide initiative guidance and enhance the overall user experience.

  • Conduct content audits and contribute to the development of content strategies that align with product objectives and brand voice.

  • Participate in usability testing and user research activities to gather insights and refine content based on user feedback.

  • Champion content best practices and standards across products and platforms.

  • Develop content artifacts such as tone of voice guidelines, style guides, and frameworks to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible and engaging content for a diverse user base.

  • Measure and iterate on content effectiveness, leveraging data to inform decisions.

Skills You’ll Need To Have

  • Native English speaker with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX writing or content strategy for digital products

  • Proficiency in content strategy methodologies and UX principles.

  • Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience in creating content for complex B2B SaaS solutions.

  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity domain.
