IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Represent the customer-centric perspective of our product development cycle. With the help of your methodical and analytical skills, you help to create and validate hypotheses and gain insights about the target groups of our users.

On a day-to-day basis, you will conduct user studies, analyze collected data and consult your team peers on how to maximize customer value.

  • Take responsibility for providing your cross-functional product team with the customer and market knowledge they need to develop customer-centric products

  • Understand business questions and translate them into study requirements

  • Advise and support your product team on user-centric methodologies, processes and tools

  • Prepare customer studies from concept to analysis and derive recommendations for actions

  • Cooperate closely with people from different disciplines (concept & design, product & project management, data analysis)

  • Work closely with your future customer insights colleagues and other UX researchers to optimize overall customer insights processes in your team & the company's overall

  • Gather reliable data and make it understandable so that products product teams can quickly adapt to customer needs and requirements

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

  • Relevant academic background, e.g. business, psychology, design or statistics

  • Strong methodical skills to setup, conduct and analyze (un-)moderated user studies/interviews independently

  • Experience in data analysis such as statistics / Python

  • Advanced communicative and presentation skills
