Main Tasks:
Designing new web applications and redesigning existing applications using our Design System;
Transform wireframes into UI designs that solve business requirements and bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex products;
Creating high-fidelity prototypes;
Provide specifications to the developers and support them during the implementation phase;
Maintain and continuously build the Design system in collaboration with the UX/UI lead;
Participating actively in the different scrum events (backlog grooming, sprint planning, etc.);
Participating in the review and validation processes.
The talent we are looking for:
Strong portfolio that reflects the experience in UI Design;
Proficiency in UI best practices and standards;
Strong skills in design and prototyping software including Figma and Sketch, and preferably Adobe XD;
Have basic front-end dev knowledge (HTML, CSS, etc.);
Experience in working with Agile/scrum development process;
General knowledge of UX design.
