Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Utilize this data to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions.

  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and interactions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.

  • Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand’s visual identity while adhering to best practices in UI design.

  • Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Analyze test results and incorporate insights into design improvements.

  • Actively participate in the company design system development.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Previous experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

  • Experience documenting and testing components with Storybook.

  • Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.

  • Familiarity with various user research techniques, including usability testing, A/B testing, Workshops, user interviews, and persona creation.

  • Working experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking or Agile.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to mix a structured process-centric approach with an out-of-the-box creative mindset;

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
